Pediatrics
Specialist in pediatrics and adolescent medicine with more than 20 years of clinical experience in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Germany. She started her career in the field of general and emergency medicine, and then devoted herself entirely to pediatrics, neonatology and children's emergency medicine.During her professional development, she worked in hospital and clinical centers in BiH and Germany, where she gained extensive experience in modern diagnosis and treatment of children of all ages. From 2015-2016, she served as the Head of the Children's Department of the Cantonal Hospital "Dr. Irfan Ljubijankić" Bihać.She currently serves as Head of the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine in Germany, where she is responsible for the medical and organizational leadership of the department, implementation of quality standards, development of clinical protocols and mentoring of young doctors.She is a member of the Sachsen Medical Chamber, the German Society of Pediatrics (DGKJ), the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung, and a member of the Board of Directors of the BHÄG – Bosnian-Herzegovinian Association of Physicians in Germany. In its work, it combines high expertise, modern diagnostic methods and an individual approach to each child and family, with a special emphasis on trust and clear communication with parents.
Education
Doctor of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Sarajevo (2005). State exam passed in 2006 (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). Specialist exam in pediatrics passed in 2012 at the Pediatric Clinic of the University Clinical Center Sarajevo.
