Doctor in training to become a specialist in cardiac surgery with many years of clinical experience at renowned cardiac surgery centres in Germany. My clinical and scientific focus is particularly in cardiac and aortic surgery.In addition to my clinical work, I am involved in scientific research, including in the field of aortic arch surgery and in the development of a cross-site aortic registry.In addition to my medical work, I have completed a Master of Health Business Administration and am involved in the digital transformation and further development of the healthcare system.

Doctor of Medicine; German license to practice medicine; Master of Health Business Administration (MHBA), Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg; ECFMG Certification (USMLE Step 1 and Step 2); ongoing doctorate at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Duisburg-Essen.
Experience
Since April 2025, I have been working as a doctor in further training as a specialist in cardiac surgery at the Asklepios Klinikum Hamburg. Previously, I worked at the University Hospital Essen as well as at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and Sana Herzchirurgie Stuttgart.From 2020 to 2022, I completed a Fellowship in Cardiac Surgery at Harvard Medical School / Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, USA.
